SHIPPING & RETURNS
When you place an order with us, we will receive your order via email. If we have your items in stock we will dispatch them within 7 days of receiving payment. However, as some of our products are handmade please allow up to 28 days for delivery. If you need an item urgently please email us and we will do our very best to get the item to you quickly.
Delivery charges will be calculated at the checkout area, based on the weight of the goods and are currently for the UK only.

Special orders will be quoted delivery at time of order.
Delivery will be made by Royal Mail signed for service, therefore please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and sign for your order. Tracking numbers are provided and items are tracked to the door by Royal Mail.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you have any issues or are unhappy with one of our products - we want to hear from you and will do what we can to ensure you nothing but delighted with your purchase.
Please remember, that you are ordering handmade, bespoke items that are therefore excluded from the distance selling regulations (UK). They can only be returned where they are faulty. Please remember that we are a small company and to us, every order matters.
